Terms of Service

Please read this section carefully before submitting a commission request!

I reserve the right to accept/decline any commission requests.

My time (and skills) are limited so I will choose the projects that suit my work style the best.

I. General Info

  • Please check my past work on social media to see if my style suits you! It is important to me that you are happy with the work that you request ╰(◡‿◡✿╰)

  • Sorry, I DO NOT do rush projects. I have a full-time day job and it is hard for me to find time to expedite any project. I will try my best to finish your project within the time estimated.

  • I have the right to use your commission for display on my social media and as sample for any future projects. Your project may or may not be featured in my twitch stream. Unless otherwise discussed.

  • You, the commissioner, are allowed to use/share the drawing on social media with proper credit to the artist.

  • You, the commissioner, are not allowed to edit/crop/alter the artwork without my consent; or claim the artwork as your own creation.

II. Revisions

  • WIPs are available at any time by request

  • Revisions are accepted during the sketch phase of the project.

  • Once the sketch is approved, you are still allowed 1-2 minor revisions.

  • Major revisions will cost an additional fee. We can discuss what is considered a major/minor revision.

III. Payment/Refunds

  • All prices listed are in USD and are subject to change based on complexity of design.

  • These commissions are for your personal use. Any commission intended for commercial use will be subject to 2-3x the listed price and must be disclosed beforehand.

  • Payments are accepted via Paypal

  • 50% deposit is due up front, 25% is due at line art phase (sketch approved), and the remaining 25% is due when complete

  • Full refunds are available if the project has not been started.

  • 50% refund if you cancel during phase 1 (sketch phase)

  • No refunds past sketch phase
